Why are we talking about organization?
In our community, most women come in with the same phrase on their lips:
- “I don’t have any time at all.”
- “I work, I have kids, I have a house… how can I do business?”
- “I would like to, but I don’t know how to fit EVERYTHING into 24 hours.”
Loredana had exactly the same questions. She started as a single mother, with a full-time corporate job, a 3-year-old child, and zero free time. And yet… she managed to build her business with only 2 hours a day, and today she has financial independence, a car bonus, international travel, and a business she can do from anywhere.
And not because she had more time than you. But because he learned time multiplication.

- to see that you don’t need “a day off” to succeed
- you need structure, intention and activities that bring results
1. Key concept: time multiplication
Time multiplication does NOT mean doing more things chaotically. It means transforming the time you have anyway… into productive time. Loredana says it very nicely in the training:“We don’t do chaotic multitasking. We do conscious multitasking.”The difference is huge:
- chaotic multitasking = doing 3 things at once and you get exhausted
- conscious multitasking = combining activities that do NOT require the same resource (e.g. washing dishes + listening to training, driving + making a phone call, being in the park + doing follow-up)
2. Why does it seem that “others have time and I don’t”?
Loredana tells a truth that hurts:“We all have 24 hours. It’s just that not all of us use them consciously.”There are 3 situations:
- You have help at home (grandparents, involved husband, cleaning lady) – you’re already doing multiplication.
- You don’t have any help – you need structure, not “when will I have time”.
- You are a mother + job + small child – this is the area where it seems impossible… but it’s also the area where multiplying time gives the greatest results.
“I didn’t have time. I made it.”
3. First step: time awareness (Google Calendar)
We can’t organize what we can’t see. What Loredana recommends:- Open your phone in the morning → open your calendar. No Facebook, no email.
- You see your day. What’s the fix? (taking the child, work, gym, road trips)
- You ask yourself: where can I combine a business activity with something I do anyway?
- Set alarms. Time escapes us not because we don’t have it, but because we don’t see it.
Examples of time windows that you can use:
- in line at the store
- in the car
- when you’re waiting for your child at school/kindergarten
- 10 minutes before bedtime
- when you’re washing the dishes
- when you’re cleaning
- when you cook
“If you add up all these little moments in a day, you find 2 hours.”Open your calendar and mark 2 work slots/day (20–30 minutes). Tell Loredana what they are and she’ll give you what to do exactly there.
4. The golden rule: activities that bring results first
Here comes the business part. Not all activities are equal. Some keep you busy, others pay you.Activities that bring results (do them first):
- follow-up on the presentation
- messages of interest to new people
- 1-on-1 conversations
- product recommendations
- onboarding new people
- training while doing housework
Activities that DO NOT bring results (do them after):
- beautifully arranged Canva 40 minutes
- scroll by group
- checked 10 times the same post
- perfectionism
“What would you do if you had more time?”
And the real answer is: you don’t need more time, but to put the right activities first.
5. Pomodoro Technique (variant for busy moms)
Loredana explains this technique very simply:- 25 minutes – you work on ONE activity (not 3).
- 5 minute break – in these 5 minutes you can do a household activity.
- Come back for another 25 minutes.
- 25 min: follow-up
- 5 min: put laundry away
- 25 min: messages / prospecting
- 5 min: writing menu / water
- 25 min: training or team work
6. “While…” – how you work without realizing it
For Loredana, this is gold:“I had no time other than that time. And a little more. And a little more.”Examples of “while”:
- you wash the dishes → listen to the training on the platform
- you walk the child → call a person from the team
- you are in the car → send 3 voice messages with an invitation to the presentation
- you clean → listen to a mindset podcast
- you cook → come back to the person who told you “me I’m still thinking”
7. The connection with network marketing (and why it’s brilliant for moms)
At some point Loredana goes from “how I use 2 hours” to “how I multiply my hours with the team.” Her explanation:- You work 2 hours → you have 10 clients.
- Bring 1 person to your team → and he works 2 hours → now you have 20 clients.
- His person brings 1 more → you have 30.
- After a few months/years → in your structure they work 14 hours/day, but YOU still give 2.
“Even if you don’t earn 30% from the last one, you still earn without being directly involved. That’s what passive income is.”And she says something else important, which we must keep in mind:
“There are no promises of earnings. They are my results, obtained with work.”
8. Why it’s worth starting in the Super Eagles Team
Loredana says it clearly in the end:- you have online and physical sessions every month
- you have platform trainings that you can listen to “while”
- you have local, national, international events
- you have product, social media, sales, personal branding trainings
- you have a team that supports you
- and, above all, you have the 2-hour-a-day working model – you don’t “work as much as you can and see”
“If you work one day and then don’t work for 3, that’s exactly how you reap the results.”Have you seen the training and feel like it’s for you? Get in touch with Loredana and ask her: “what are my next 3 steps?”. Complete the quiz and we’ll set you up for the right pace.
9. Questions that can activate you
- What would you do if you had an extra €500 per month?
- What would you do with the 2 hours we find in your schedule today?
- What activities can you do “while”?
- Could you work 2 hours a day if you knew exactly what to do with them?
Conclusion
Efficient organization does not mean having more time. It means giving intention to the time you already have. Loredana started with 2 hours/day.
